Exclusive Personal Training
This training will introduce young athletes to the fundamentals of movement and mobility. We will build a foundation for strength training and proper movement mechanics in a weight room/training environment.
The initiation into weight training and how we can utilize strength training to set ourselves up for success in the future. We will be prioritizing healthy and athletic movements, while challenging our limiting beliefs and limiting factors with weight training.
With a strong foundation in place, we now focus on refining athletic movement patterns while continually building lasting strength. Every lift, sprint, and jump is designed to translate directly to in-game performance-enhancing power, speed, and control.
We will introduce advanced strength training that enhances explosive movement, stability, and efficiency under load. Over time, this method will compound and enable athletes to consistently progress.
This program is designed for parents who want to stay in the game and build strength, protect their joints, and maintain long-term mobility. We will focus on structured, effective training that reinforces proper movement patterns, supports tendon and joint health, and develops functional muscles.
